We can’t wait to meet you baby wise gal! We both completely thought it was going to be a boy, so were super surprised and thrilled that it is a girl! Had an absolute blast revealing the gender with one of our favorite exercises, the barbell deadlift. Totally Mrs. Wise’s idea, and of course I was on board!
By the way, if you’re not currently deadlifting, it’s one of the very best things you can do for your body. It may be as life-changing as having a kid, just saying!
